J & J Plastic Supplies Ltd offers delivery to customers based within the UK.

*please note we do not currently provide our products or services to customers based outside of the UK.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We will always aim to process your orders within the timeframes outlined above. However, this may not be possible in situations involving circumstances outside of our control. If this is the case, we will provide you with an update on your order as soon as possible.

In-Store Collection

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at J & J Plastic Supplies Ltd, 110A The Causeway, Heybridge, Maldon, Essex.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 17:00 on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email and a valid form of Identification (UK Drivers Licence, Passport or EU Identity Card) with you when you arrive in store.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will investigate this further for you.

There may be delays to your order due to circumstances outside of our control. In these situations, we may need to contact our third-party suppliers in order to investigate the matter further. We will aim to provide you with an update as soon as possible.
